You will be paid hourly

Have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle (ideally a truck/SUV) that can carry your crew and equipment;

Be available when it snows - this could be day, night, evening, weekend, or holiday;

Have a cell phone with a data plan, and be willing to use our app to track your work;

Have General Liability Insurance of $2,000,000 (preferred but not required); and

Have a WorkSafeBC Clearance Letter showing that you are in good standing (preferred but not required).
