This includes the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as the hotel’s grounds and landscaping. The Chief Engineer is also responsible for the safety and security of the hotel’s guests and staff. The Chief Engineer will oversee the maintenance staff and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Chief Engineer will also be responsible for the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs and for the maintenance of all hotel records and reports.
