Hot Line Cook Jobs

Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Manage team of assigned workers to set up hot work areas consistent with project and client policies and procedures.

Train project staff in the requirements of hot work safety procedure.

Assigns fire watch personnel, manages schedule, and after hours sign off as required.

Requires interaction with client Fire Protection services and manages permit applications and issuance for field work.

Knowledge and understanding of project schedules.

Run the Hot Shots and assigned routes on a timely basis as needed

Charge, clean, date and rewrap rotations

Charge, test, clean, and date adjustment batteries

Accurately complete reports and claims

Must have a clean driving record

Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fork lift.

Share customer feedback with management

Previous experience working as a Cook in a grocery store or restaurant setting is required

Food Handling Safety Certification is preferred

Prepare a variety of salads, sandwiches and cold dishes

Provide customers with information on our unique items, sales items and up-selling

Adhere to Food Handling Safety guidelines
