Holistic Nutritionist Jobs

Experience working with students on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities ·

Appropriate, updated certification, and in good standing ·

At least 2 years’ experience in conducting holistic evaluations, goals, and the ability to implement them via creative needs ·

Demonstrated experience working with parents to build relationships, provide constructive and creative guidance and counsel ·

Demonstrated experience to create individualized and group sessions, training and information sessions

Review all relevant documentation for students regarding their dietary needs, issues and related medical concerns utilizing a holistic approach

Experience in naturopathic medicine with sound knowledge in nutrition, homeopathy and herbal medicine are considered assets;

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years’ health food experience, preferably in a retail food environment;

Proven organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

To respond immediately to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;

To fill and maintain displays of natural foods and organic products, ensuring merchandise meets Company standards;

To actively approach customers in a friendly manner to promote natural products;

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Two (2) years experience as an administrative dietitian preferred

Certification as a Journeyman Cook is an asset

Knowledge of Meditech software, specifically MedDietary preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs/technology

Knowledge of therapeutic diets and menu planning

Excellent verbal, written communication skills and enjoys working with people

Engaging with clients answering questions, providing support and advice.

Proficient with multiple tech platforms and social media
