, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise

Daytime part-time Monday to Friday 8am to 11am

Duties include - sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors

Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen

Attending spills and requests for service by the client

Assuming duties of other daytime staff in their absence

Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies

Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends

Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction

Perform other duties as assigned
