High Speed Analog Designer Jobs

Participate in all aspects of the project life cycle including concept definition and trade-offs, requirements development, design, testing, release, and maintenance.

Ensure that system design meets relevant agency requirements, including airworthiness and EMC

Bachelor of Sc. or higher in Electrical or Electronic engineering with minimum five years of professional experience.

Ability to develop schematics and guide PCB Knowledge of Altium and asset.

Knowledge of low noise, wide bandwidth amplifiers, photo detectors and wide dynamic range signals detection techniques.

Experience with opamps, ADCs and DACs.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analog aptitude, good communication skills, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Lab test experience is a plus

Implement and simulate SerDes, AFE, and IO circuits

Document the circuit implementation and simulation results

Present circuit performances in internal design review meetings

Characterize circuit performance and post-process lab data

Minimum 5+ years of recent experience operating a High Speed Finishing Mill to extremely tight tolerances

Proven knowledge interpreting engineering drawings and use of hand measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc)

Setting up and operate a CNC Precision Mill

Interprets drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of specific machining operations

Load and edit control media to optimize and/or correct machine performance

Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunction and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.

Experience in designing high-speed analog broadband circuits

Ensure AMD SOCs are compliant according to certification specifications for PCIe and USB

Hands-on experience with electrical test lab equipment is a must

Experience with setup and execution of high speed electrical tests, to validate SI for PCIe/USB/CXL

Experience with in lab debug and analysis of PCIe and/or USB protocol issues

In lab experience with PCIe Gen3, 4, (Gen5 experience a strong plus)

In lab experience with USB 2.0/3.x

Work closely with cross-functional teams of offer Management, Industrialization, FPGA, Firmware, Software, PCB and Mechanical design specialists to produce high-quality designs

Experience with constraints management and coordinating PCB layout activities

Perform requirements analysis, architecture, detailed design and verification tasks on complex systems containing electrical and electronic circuits

5 years proven experience in embedded circuitry design and validation

Experience with modern design tools (OrCAD/Allegro, Altium, Xpedition)

Experience with embedded microcontrollers and the design of electronic control systems
