Bachelor’s degree with training in business, management, or the social sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Assist in the maintenance of paper and electronic document and record management systems

Distribute correspondence and meeting agendas; record, transcribe, edit and distribute minutes for the all-staff, management teams, and committee meetings

Lead, as requested by the director, improvement projects and other quality management system projects with various staff in the accreditation programs

Five years of recent related experience working in a professional office setting or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Demonstrated high level of initiative, time management and organizational ability

6+ years in client-services roles such as, but not limited to: diversity business partner, HR business partner, or talent management

8+ years experience implementing diversity and inclusion programs in complex organizations

Prior experience in IT/SaaS environments (highly preferred)

Serve as a key client-services partner to our product and sales teams to drive localized tactics that support enterprise DEI strategy

Own the narrative development, writing, and publication coordination of the company DEI Annual Report

Scrappiness and ability to dig into the details in order to build and design world class DEI programs and practices

Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills; proficiency with technology including client management systems, MS Office 365

Experience with and knowledge of diagnosed mental health issues

Demonstrated leadership ability, as well as the ability to work as part of a team within the management group

A strong knowledge of multiple counselling modalities & approaches

Experience working with children, youth, and families

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English, these skills in a second language are highly desirable

Management, supervision, and evaluation of all the organization’s programs.

Bachelor’s Degree in social work, Educational Leadership in the Human/Social Services field, or equivalent education and experience in a related field.

Organizes, stores, and distributes the tacit and explicit knowledge generated by the organization, its customers, and development of staff training.

Conducts research on adult education, homelessness, addiction, mental illness, labour market integration, community social and economic development.

Experience in creating, implementing, evaluating and improving systems of operations in programs and facilities.
