The job is full-time - "Monday to Friday" with a 12 hour shift.

Manager is looking for someone with 2-5 years’ experience

Will consider candidates from Automotive/Aerospace Quality experience (Needs someone with Sheet-metal QA Exposure).

Automotive/Aerospace Quality experience (Sheet-metal QA).

Experience with PC DMIS, and/or Polyworks 3D Software an asset.

Strong Computer skills, including: MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word and Outlook.

·Maintain laboratory equipment/instruments and ensure that inspection measuring, and test equipment consistently meets specified measurement requirements.

$20.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience

4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it.

Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP), and internal quality management systems.

Prior experience working in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality control role.

Perform visual inspections, mechanical, and functional verification of parts to ensure compliance to set specification.

Competent with use of micrometers, verniers, height gauges, CMM, and Optical test equipment

Study product specifications and work instructions

Make independent judgements for subjective calls

Follow nonconforming part procedure to identify & isolate defective material

Experience installing, maintaining and fault finding radio communications equipment and Fleet Management Systems is considered an asset;

Install and maintain VHF/UHF communications and mobile fleet management system hardware and software;

Maintaining communication and Fleet Management System parts inventory.
