You are comfortable breaking down complex problems and designing solutions that can be quickly tested and iterated upon.

Sales and business development experience (retail or restaurant experience is a bonus!)

Interest or previous experience in food entrepreneurship or cooking

Lead growth campaigns to acquire new kitchen listings

Cold outreach to new kitchens and respond to inbound requests

Using Hubspot to maintain diligent records for each customer, including the documentation of conversations

Prospect new kitchen spaces using data, lead lists and events.

Open communication with management and company leadership

3+ years experience designing high-quality creative concepts and is comfortable working in Figma, Photoshop

3+ years experience video editing and is comfortable working in Premiere

1+ years experience with motion graphics and is comfortable working in After Effects

Experience with direct response marketing and creating ad content for paid social (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

Knowledge of current creative trends within the user acquisition space

Experience or strong interest working with large language models, prompt engineering and post-processing

A passion for talking to users and understanding their problems.

A knack for identifying business needs and developing technical solutions to address them.

An eye for design and comfort with designing your own UI's and solutions.

Proficiency in SQL, Python and JavaScript
