Overview: Grill And Chill Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They must be able to work quickly and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service. Grill And Chill Team Members must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. How To Become an Grill And Chill Team Member: To become an Grill And Chill Team Member, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also have experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting. Grill And Chill Team Member Skills: Grill And Chill Team Members must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work quickly and accurately, and be able to follow instructions. They must also be able to work as part of a team. Grill And Chill Team Member Knowledge: Grill And Chill Team Members must have knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as knowledge of the menu items and how to prepare them.
