They must be knowledgeable in a variety of automotive systems and be able to use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve problems. Detailed Job Description General Service Technicians are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of vehicles. They must be knowledgeable in a variety of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine systems. They must be able to use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve problems. They must also be able to perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. They must be able to explain repair procedures to customers and provide estimates for repair costs. Job Skills Required
