General Operations Associate Jobs

Provide consistent training and coaching to develop team members knowledge, abilities and skills.

Provide performance management utilizing progressive discipline process.

Minimum of 5 years proven managerial experience is required

Actively manage AR to maintain acceptable level for operation.

Manage inventory to coincide with selling activity to ensure proper levels.

Manage Dealer Inventory Optimization (DIO) for maximum sales efficiency.

Grade 12 or equivalent, or a combination of training and experience in a related field.

Good verbal communication skills, and the ability to read and follow work instructions.

The loading and unloading of parts from conveyors, WIP racks, boxes or other receptacles.

Visual inspection of parts and placement of same in accordance with work instructions for process steps defined.

Continual inspection of parts throughout processes and labelling in some circumstances ensures adequate processing of parts.

Ensure accurate printing of labels for labelling use.
