Providing education and training for all staff.

Responsibilities in the Assisted Living facility:

Ensuring residents’ individual care plans are being followed.

Reviewing, up-dating, developing, and enforcing all company policies, procedures and documentation.

Ensuring the facility operates in compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations.

Closely collaborate with the finance team to manage costs, forecast sales/profit, and drive overall financial performance.

Strong interpersonal skills to foster external relationships and internal collaboration with Finance, Technology, and Operational teams.

Minimum of 10 years of combined leadership, sales, and operations experience within the thermal spray or high-precision machining sectors.

Sales or technical experience with oil & gas, mining, refining, and/or petrochemical sectors.

Highly developed communication, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills.

Coordinate shop operations and field operations and quality teams.

Previous experience in a senior management role, preferably in a multidisciplinary team

Experience in municipal management and economic development

Proven track record in operational, financial, and budget management

Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

Must be ability to travel and be comfortable living in a remote community
