2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience

Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities

High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset

Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office

Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented

Completion of a high school diploma – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent

Knowledge of Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet applications, and data entry an asset

Ensuring that all work adheres to Ministry of Transportation legislated requirements.

Minimum four (4) years’ experience as a Truck and Coach Technician, preferably with supervisory experience in a unionized environment

Valid Truck and Coach Technician (310T) certification with Interprovincial Red Seal is required

Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships.

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service calls to Route Manager or Dispatch before attempting service.

Participates and cooperates in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Route Manager.

Works closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify problem or unsafe accounts.

Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch, assisting other company drivers as directed.

Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
