Proven experience in fund development, partnership management, or related roles within the nonprofit sector.

Demonstrated fundraising and project management experience managing and reporting on diverse revenue streams and campaign goals.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as nonprofit management, business administration, or communications) is preferred.

Corporate and community partnership development and management

Manage a corporate and community engagement strategy that drives appreciation and a deeper connection to how donor investments impact our work.

Delivering stewardship and reporting requirements for their assigned portfolio to achieve retention and growth targets.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, interpersonal and relationship management skills, including working with volunteers.

Excellent collaborative and process-management experience in a team-oriented environment

Manage the administrative duties of the Foundation department, including appropriate and timely tracking, stewardship and benefit fulfillment for sponsors and donors

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Coordinate administrative tasks for the department including reporting, license applications, data entry (Raiser’s Edge), tax receipting, etc.

Minimum 2-4 years relevant events and/or fundraising experience, preferably working for a non-profit or in the healthcare or cultural sectors

Assist with the assembly and management of the project consultant team

Assist in identifying the consultant requirements for each project; as well as preparing and submitting requests for fee proposals

Review and evaluate consultant proposals and create fee proposal comparisons for managerial and executive review.

Creating reports and presentations for managerial and executive review on project status updates.

Masters Degree in Urban Planning, City Studies, Geography, Public Policy, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Minimum 2+ years relevant experience

Has experience and passion for working with fundraising participants, volunteers, and donors?

Has a track record of strong customer service skills and ability to steward participants?

Is flexible and can manage a diverse workload?

Responsible for revenue generation building and maintains community relationships, including participants, donors, local sponsors, volunteers, and community partners.

Delivers exceptional support to all constituents, including sponsors, donors, and volunteers.

Supports the execution of virtual and team strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.
