Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience, previous Call Centre experience.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in credit card or financial sector.

Facilitate resolution of supply chain disruptions related to customs or other government department requirements

2+ years’ experience in Trade compliance classifying products

Microsoft Office software experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

Experience working with rules to determine the country of origin and valuation

Lead MRO cost savings projects

Coordinate and prepare documentation required for export shipments

Project coordinating experience (Agriculture Industry)

Hybrid - 2-3 Days in Office (Mississauga)

French Bilingual is a MUST

Open to Travel (about 20% occasionally - Maritimes, Quebec, or Ontario)

Planning, development and delivery of change management for new processes including design, communication, education and training in English / French.

Demonstrated interest and/or experience in project management and continuous improvement

Work with Project Manager/Lead to create and update project management deliverables

Provide input and recommendations to management relating to new and/or improved business processes within approved scope of work

Assets: Experienced in French communication and Supply Chain Knowledge

Analyze business requirements and contributes to the planning, design and implementation of business process engineering
