Building and stripping walls, columns, and slabs

Communicating with management or contractor if design is incomplete or contradictory

Additional duties as requested by the Contracts Manager/Senior Management

2-5+ years of experience in the related position – preferred

Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, WinEst, Planswift, AutoACAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project and/or On-Screen Take-off

Strong knowledge of the construction industry – an asset

Analyzing residential, commercial and industrial drawings and specifications

General layout skills or experience working under a layout person.

Minimum 3 years’ current experience in construction laboring positions;

Experience on commercial and industrial construction projects;

Have experience reading and interpreting construction drawings;

Experience with equipment operation and hold valid certificates;
