About the Team: ICG Production Management

Manages one or more apps support teams.

Provides technical oversight across systems and applications; leverage skills across multiple apps support areas.

Provide guidance on feedback reviews with development managers, ensuring outstanding issues are tracked to closure, particularly long-term strategic fixes.

6-10 years experience in an Applications Support role would be an added advantage, but not essential

Review business line proposals for new products and limit changes and make recommendations to senior management.

Facilitate effective communication between risk and trading management teams across various centers in which the business operates (Toronto/London/New York).

True passion for capital markets and risk management.

Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.

Excellent work ethic and communications skills with a focus on team work and suited for a fast-paced trade floor environment.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the established record of creativity and innovation.

Expected to be VERY hard to find skills.
