Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices is required

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Conduct thorough audiological assessments, including comprehensive evaluations and hearing aid consultations.

Provide individual and group budgeting sessions to coach students on financial management skills

Deliver OSAP repayment seminars and provide education to students to proactively manage OSAP default.

Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of coaching principles, and have experience coaching students.

Review and update OSAP cost codes for new programs, additional program offerings, or program of study changes.

A minimum of five (5) years of related work experience in a financial aid office.

Determine student eligibility for internal, external and government scholarships and grants.
