To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Collaborate with the CEO, Product Owner, UI/UX designer, and fellow developers to translate requirements into a feature-rich marketplace application.

Demonstrate strong communication skills and contribute to the leadership of software development within the team.

Proficiency in Agile methodology, with experience working in collaborative team environments.

Experience shipping at least one Flutter app to app stores.

Demonstrated skill in building intuitive dashboards and reports.

Experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, including knowledge of widget libraries and state management.

Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze project requirements, and contribute to the overall architecture and technical design.

Implement responsive and cross-platform designs to ensure a consistent user experience across different devices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, actively sharing knowledge with the team and proposing improvements to existing systems.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Write robust, maintainable code while ensuring excellent functionality, user experience, and performance.

Mentor junior developers, contribute to code reviews, and share knowledge.

5+ years of software development experience with a minimum of 3 years in Flutter and Dart.

Proven experience in building and deploying a moderately complex Flutter app.

Knowledge of Flutter's rendering pipeline, stateful and stateless widgets, and animations.

Location: Remote in Canada, options to go into office in Toronto if interested

Pay: Flexible based on experience

- 3+ years of experience delivering rich front end web applications with Dart/Flutter

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript/ CSS/HTML frameworks.

- Hands on experience with Figma

Deliver strong technical design and Dart programming skills

Articulate technical issues to peers, architects and project managers while recommending creative solutions

2-3 years of experience delivering rich front end web applications with Dart

Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript/ CSS/HTML frameworks.

Experience integrating with REST APIs and client integrations

Experience with API documentation tools such as OpenAPI (aka Swagger)
