Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with senior management.

Demonstrates excellent collaboration abilities, along with solid time management and problem-solving skills.

5+ years' experience; previous consulting, project management, or integration experience preferred.

Payments acquiring related industry knowledge and experience preferred.

Ad hoc analyses including pricing comparisons, savings analyses, etc. - comfortability and strong experience in Microsoft Excel required.

Strong communication skills and project management/business analysis experience

· Post-secondary degree in a technology field (Computer Science/Engineering) or relevant experience/skills set will be considered

·Some financial education (relevant courses, CSC, CFA…) or demonstrated capital markets experience would be an asset

The position will be a primary technical resource for the Electronic Equities Trading desk. Key responsibilities are:

• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of equity trading strategies, technology, and market structure.

• Systems design and troubleshooting skills.
