5+ years of professional experience in industry.

Knowledge of the principles and practices of manufacturing systems.

Knowledge of Quebec-related environmental and OHS laws and regulations

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field required

Demonstrable practical experience as a professional Real Estate Photographer or Architectural Photographer or similar

A minimum of a High School Diploma coupled with 4+ years professional real estate photography and videography experience.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, IE: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro

Experience using MAC OS and MS Office

FAA Part 107 Certification required

Role includes up to 75% travel, 25% remote on average. Must provide own vehicle for local travel

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

Any Experience installing, configuring, administering Microsoft & Linux operating systems a plus

Required - Experienced installing and configuring network switches

Experience with installing and configuring Fiber Channel switches

Willingness to take directions from all levels of management

Basic mechanical and plumbing skills including knowledge of the corresponding tools in these trades

Use of CMMS system software for work order management (PC & Mobile based)

Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally

A solid commitment to the guest experience

At a minimum, 2 years of hands- on experience with all aspects of facility/ building maintenance
