Field Service Tech Install Intern Jobs

Assisting with lead generation and customer acquisition.

Post-secondary automotive education (or equivalent military service experience) preferred but not required.

Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

Efficient skills in basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles.

High School Diploma or GED.

Reporting and resolving larger safety and service-related issues with management support;

Coordinating the provision of service support with Regional Sales Managers;

Overseeing, training and assisting less experienced technicians performing repairs;

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing robotic or electromechanical systems;

Strong working knowledge of thermal processes including MIG/TIG/Resistance welding and plasma applications;

Experience working with Yaskawa robotic systems, controllers and related equipment;

Lead initiatives as assigned by management

2+ yrs experience hardware & deskside software support

Strong technical knowledge of PC and Desktop hardware

Working technical knowledge of current operating systems, and standards

Ability to launch and operate desktop diagnostic tools to perform remote diagnostics

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
