Report to the Service Desk Supervisor any issues that need to be escalated to management or require urgent attention

Make sure common issues and system configurations are being documented in the knowledge base and user self-serve guides

At least 2 years of combined computer support and customer service experience

Experience working in a post-secondary environment

Experience using MS SharePoint and Teams

Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to shift priorities working within established timelines

Inventory Management (ordering, receiving and shelving)

Manage patient’s billings and accounts receivable

Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills,

Computer literate, possessing intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision

1-2 years of experience working in an administrative role is required

Working knowledge of operation of standard office equipment would be an asset

Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping would be an asset.

2-3 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising industry, digital marketing, digital content operations or account management

Develop and execute A/B tests alongside experimentation team to optimize the online shopping experience

You can regularly present in team meetings and can influence stakeholders using data and storytelling for online shopping experience strategy

Develop tickets and brief in creative, copy and digital production teams on onsite programs

Work with PC Express product teams to identify new features to develop and assist in QA of new feature launches

Bachelor’s degree (BA, BCom, or similar)

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards

At least 5+ years’ experience in video games industry

Experience managing free-to-play online and/or mobile-game products with a focus on monetization

Proven experience optimizing metrics and revenue on a live product or a service

Good understanding of statistics, strong analytical and data modeling (Excel) skills

Basic knowledge of programming languages is an asset (SQL, Python, etc.)
