Expert Concrete Forming Carpenter Jobs

Read specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions, shape, design, and materials required.

Ability to organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within schedule.

Perform concrete flatwork preparation, forming, and placement.

Placement of concrete, slab on grade, and elevated decks with trucks, cranes, buckets, and/or pumps.

Make repairs to cured concrete surfaces (walls and slabs).

Apply curing compounds and sealers.

Help manage and prevent occupational hazards and ensure the site meets all safety standards

Correctly interpret blueprints, specifications and project plans

Pre-fab gang forms, job built stick forms, install forms and ensure quality control of formwork

Stripping and removal of concrete forms after pours

Provide support to the concrete foreman with project layout and elevation shooting

Install form ties and misc formwork hardware
