ICF certification at minimum ACC level

Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated 1:1 leadership coaching experience in a corporate/business environment

5 years facilitation experience, preferably online

Demonstrated experience facilitating at the leadership level

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or L&D
