Meet and greet guests as they arrive and offer choice of seating in the dining area.

Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the dining area.

Maintain proper set-up of dining area.

Preparation of food according to Crescent/IHG standards and ensuring proper temperatures of hot and cold items according to health code regulations.

Replenish food and service supplies and utensils in the dining area.

Clean and sanitize all equipment in the kitchen & dining areas.

1-3 years of previous food service, or restaurant experience required

Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills

Must have a positive attitude

Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and a fast-paced environment

Lifting trays of up to 20 lbs., reaching and bending

Flexible schedule required, working weekends is a must

Ability to manage a full section

Manage proper cash and float security during operating hours

1-2 years of serving experience (preferably in a fine dining atmosphere)

3-4 years cooking experience in the cooking trade

Demonstrated knowledge of foodservice and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, preparation, and presentation required.

Excellent verbal and oral communication skills, including the ability to give directions, converse with customers.

Highly flexible, with solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the restaurant industry.

Acquire and maintain a strong knowledge of trends in the food industry.
