Maintain regular communication with the service office and assigned Coordinator, in accordance with established practices.

Maintain supply of forms, literature, inventory and miscellaneous materials in the service vehicle. Document use or sale to customer, as required.

Follow all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by the customer.

Participate in monthly safety meetings.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is a definite asset

Sales and merchandising experience is considered an asset.

Have experience and enjoy working with a team or individually?

Proven experience as a sales advisor or another customer service/sales role

Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system

Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business/Marketing/Sales or related Technology fields

You have outstanding leadership skills, the ability to overcome objections and work collaboratively in a team environment

You have sound sales experience and can inspire your team to achieve revenue targets

Requirement: Clean and valid Class 5 Driver's License or other provincial equivalent

Familiarity or experience with TELUS consumer products and solutions is an asset
