Working knowledge of maintaining and enhancing enterprise applications, including Azure Active Directory (hybrid), M365/Azure, ShoreTel, IIS, Endpoint Manager/Intune, and SQL.
Identify Technical Requirements to meet project needs, as outlined in the business requirements document.
Create test scripts and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the solution meets the project goals and requirements.
Relevant certifications favored (i.e. Citrix CCP, Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert, VMware VCP, etc.).
Strong skills in SQL database development, analysis, and query / report development.
