Enterprise Solutions Consultant Jobs in Ontario

Minimum of 2 relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA, etc.). ITIL Foundations Certification is preferred.

At least 8 years of experience in a technological role.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Leadership Experience.

Diploma/Degree in a technical field like engineering, computer science, or Computer Systems Technology.

Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LxP), learning content management systems (LCMS), and other relevant learning technologies

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines and deliver results

Share knowledge and insights with business leaders and internal teams to drive innovation and optimize learning experiences.

Campaign Management & System Adoption Support

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

5 years experience in the design, development, and implementation of learning technology solutions

Collaborate with EBS leaders and peers on the definition of product management processes and best practices,

Collaborate with EBS and IT stakeholders on definition and deployment of quality management practices through the design, development and release cycles

Work with SME’s and technical experts to analyze requirements and define solutions

Collaborate with the Product Manager on the definition of objectives and key results for the Plan to Perform product

Gain and maintain a working knowledge of the Liberty business operations, policies / procedures / standards supporting Liberty’s Customer Processes

Demonstrated operational knowledge of utilities customer service processes
