Earthworks Superintendent Jobs

Work with project management to schedule and coordinate work tasks.

Minimum five (5) years Civil /Earthworks experience including experience in constructing Roadways/Subdivisions.

Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements

Allocate general and daily responsibilities.

Identify equipment and labor resource requirements for task and their utilization.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience in earthworks, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong understanding of construction project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

In-depth knowledge of earthwork techniques, equipment, materials, and industry best practices

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Previous experience building electrical substations.
