Director University Partnership Jobs

Minimum 10 years of progressive and relevant HR experience within a Retail environment.

You lead by example, inspire others, are self-aware, and have honed diplomacy skills.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.

Relationship Builder – you use influence, courage, and emotional intelligence to develop respectful relationships grounded in trust.

Experience of working with a university’s senior management and decision-makers.

Experience at senior management level, including team development.

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans and materials to promote educational programs offered by AEG and partners jointly.

Undertake any other duties assigned by the management from time to time to achieve the targets and objectives of AEG.

Intensive experience of working in international higher education and transnational education including pathway and foundation programs.

Demonstrable experience in developing strategy and delivering targets within agreed timeframes in the higher education industry.
