Overview The Director of Quality is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Assurance team, ensuring that the organization meets and exceeds customer expectations in terms of quality and safety. The Director of Quality will develop and implement quality assurance systems, processes, and procedures, and will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality. Detailed Job Description The Director of Quality is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Assurance team, ensuring that the organization meets and exceeds customer expectations in terms of quality and safety. The Director of Quality will develop and implement quality assurance systems, processes, and procedures, and will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality. The Director of Quality will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance standards, and for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Quality Assurance team. The Director of Quality will also be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality, and for ensuring that all customer complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner. • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality assurance standards
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
• Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance systems
• Experience in leading and managing a Quality Assurance team
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of quality assurance systems, processes, and procedures
