Experience performing or leading security operations center functions

Lead the group’s resource management, financial planning, and budget management in partnership with HR, Finance, and Business Management.

Implementation and use with mastery of goal setting frameworks like OKR, KPI management.

Proven ability to build and foster professional relationships and influence others effectively at senior management, peer, and staff levels.

Industry recognized IT certification (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP) or equivalent certification is desirable.

Minimum 12 years of experience in information and cybersecurity including strategy design, implementation and monitoring or;

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of technical professionals.

Manage day-to-day operations of the DCC Practice, including staffing, resource allocation, and project management.

Work closely with strategic partner, Microsoft, to develop and deliver new cloud services and strengthen existing capabilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and solutions to complex challenges.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&Ls.

Experience managing multiple teams remotely

Experience managing high-scale DevOps initiatives

Hands-on Software Developer/Cloud Architect experience

Any previous experience with high-scale Mobile Applications an asset

Successful end-to-end Microservices transformation in production

Start-up background (including in early stafe startups that grew)

Abackground in PaaS/SaaS environment practices, including: maintaining SLAs, load-balancing, high availability, operating system patching, networking, and security management/patching

Manage, maintain, and administer security monitoring & alerting systems and processes, ensuring ongoing visibility into the security of our environments

Build automated response capabilities to support the detection, investigation and remediation process

Intermediateexperience managing a minimum of two cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Experience with Cloud Formation, Terraform, and ARM

Intermediate experience building/provisioning/automating infrastructure resources in cloud environments
