Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support

Connecting with internal team members throughout the project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics

Interest in applying technology systems to business processes

Strong written and verbal communication

Review client deliverables prepared by staff and develop staff skillsets related to Technical Knowledge, Communication skills, Leadership and Project Management;

Experience in Finance, Audit, or IT will be considered as a very strong asset;

Contribute to market and eminence initiatives, including development of new service offerings and marketing campaigns within the practice;

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Commerce, CPA/CA designation;

A minimum of 6 years of work experience including financial system implementations;

Experience with Third Party Management, Conflict of Interest, Due Diligence, IRM ESG, risk and compliance (GRC) methodologies, tools, and enablers desired.

An expert in at least one GRC-related practice (audit, risk management, compliance, security, ESG etc.), and functional/working knowledge of the others.

Referenceable skills as a project manager on multiple full life cycle implementations

Experience in overseeing capture of business requirements and converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Experience working with Federal, State, and Local Government organizations.

Degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science or a related discipline

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

2 years of experience in a sales capacity

Knowledge of the Life Sciences

Experience in the U.S. & Canadian pharmaceutical industry

Knowledge of software/information solutions into the pharmaceutical sectors

Understand customer needs and requirements

Demonstratable experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, assessments, system implementation, technology and digital strategy

Demonstrated project management and organizational skills

Participate in challenging and often unique engagements with clients, bringing your experience with senior business and technology leaders to these discussions

Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement

Applicable designation/certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, ITIL, TOGAF, Prosci) are considered an asset

Seven (7)+ years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment

Design IT target operating models from the point of view of governance, organization, skills, sourcing, cyber risks, processes and management tools

Strong experience in IT management/integration and consulting services (ideally within a consulting firm)

The candidate will have relevant experience or skills to deliver in some of the above areas.

University degree in information technology, engineering or management (graduate degree an asset)

Knowledge of the main reference frameworks and standards: TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, PMI, etc. (certification an asset)

Develop digital strategy leveraging experience design
