Previous battery R&D or battery testing/production/manufacturing experience

Clear communication and good people skills

Strong organization and ability to manage parallel projects

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or similar fields

• Working knowledge of Battery Management Systems

• Effective graphical presentation, interpersonal, and time management skills to engage development and testing teams/personnel

• Prior experience with of battery management systems mechatronics and software functions, battery/cell modeling and characterization methods

• Bachelor in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering or Computer Science with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Two years of experience in data analysis/processing/mining

• Knowledge of parameter fitting, optimization, and data regression methods

Develop and maintain the project master schedule using appropriate techniques and scheduling software with input from other project management personnel.

Prepare monthly cost projections using information generated from project management systems and prepare quarterly cash flow projections

Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience and education in project or field engineering

Manage document control; receive and log in new issue drawings and other contract documents; maintain document control log

Purchase and expedite delivery of materials; manage the material’s control operation

Assist site manager in implementing the project quality/assurance control program

Prior experience with EV Energy Management Systems, OCPP and OpenADR communication protocols, software development would be an asset.

Prior experience/knowledge with power electronics, preferably Electric Vehicle charging would be an asset.

Prior experience/knowledge with AC and DC power quality would be an asset.

Prepare detailed test plans for performing the EV charger acceptance, integration, and user experience testing.

Lead project execution and manage client relationships, expectations, and deliverables.

Manage project quality and coordinate with project team members.
