Previous experience as engineer/DevRel on comparable interoperability protocols.

Proof in action (showcasing knowledge; eg, Discord, Stack Overflow, Reddit, Medium, Dev.to).

Strong soft skills in customer relations, marketing, and communications.

Experience in building, deploying, or otherwise maintaining web3 applications and protocols, especially those of the open-sourced variety.

Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers

Experience or advanced knowledge in developing zkSNARK/plonky2 circuits. Understanding of secure cryptographic protocols for blockchain.

Work with the product, engineering, and growth teams to improve the onboarding and overall experience of developers on the BNB chain.

Capture and share best practice knowledge with the worldwide Blockchain community.

Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math or 5+ years of work experience in a technical role.

Highly technical and analytical, possess 3+ years of blockchain Developer Relations Engineer (implementation/consulting) experience.

Excellent language skills, both written and oral, in English and French (bilingual required).

Experience in provincial politics is an asset.

Corporate experience, preferably in a publicly-trade international company, is required.

Multiple years of experience as a leader of a technical group or developer relations team.

Excellent collaboration skills, and persuasion and influence.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, documentation, product, and development to find new audiences and create rapid time-to-value for our developer teams.

Expand adoption and the number of products in use by our Alpine Developer Community through documentation, community and communications.

Create content to attract more developers to our community through video webinars, blog posts, meetups and trade shows.

Expertise in developer advocacy and community engagement. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical audiences.

Own developer education & feedback loops

Previous experience with devrel in the Ethereum ecosystem

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Experience and comfort with GraphQL, both as a user and teacher

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially technical writing)

Previous experience leading workshops, presentations, community talks, and engaging the developer community
