Deputy Regional Fire Chief Jobs

Having 10 (min) to 20 year (Max) experience with at least 3 years in the Oil & Gas, is preferable.

Should be an effective communicator(Fluency in English) and have excellent computer knowledge.

Salary: USD 10,000 per month Tax free + Rotational Flights and Benefits

B.Sc. Degree in Engineering (in a related discipline preferred)

Having occupied a position at least equal / equivalent to the Fire Chief or higher.

10. To review a number of fire risk, assessment each year and monitor compliance

Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Certification and BCIN qualification in the following:

Knowledge in building, related codes, principles, and techniques of building inspections

Knowledge in construction techniques and contracting

Demonstrated experience reviewing and interpreting architectural and structural plans, technical specifications and engineering reports

Effective oral and written communication skills

Reviews and evaluates building plans and proposals to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation; identifies potential conflicts and participates in solutions

Financial knowledge and experience including operational and capital budgeting, fiscal management, and equipment procurement

Human resource skills including recruitment, training, performance management, and SOP/SOG development and enforcement

Extensive experience with Incident Command System (ICS) and emergency management models with a minimum of ICS I-300

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Emergency Services Management

Exemplary leadership, public relations, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with municipal administration personnel

5+ years progressive leadership including experience in an interim or permanent Fire Chief or Deputy Fire Chief role

7 yrs Experience with Human Resources / Management field (especially with volunteer firefighters)

3 yrs Experience in operational, financial management (especially with volunteer firefighters)

5 yrs Experience as a Chief Officer

5 yrs Experience Leadership Training

7 yrs Experience as an Incident Commander

7 yrs Experience as a fire service Instructor
