Having 10 (min) to 20 year (Max) experience with at least 3 years in the Oil & Gas, is preferable.

Establish concrete objectives and allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

Formulate investment strategies and approve online and offline campaign.

Establish financial and administrative control, set project budget in conjunction with the CEO.

Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Certification and BCIN qualification in the following:

Knowledge in building, related codes, principles, and techniques of building inspections

Knowledge in construction techniques and contracting

Demonstrated experience reviewing and interpreting architectural and structural plans, technical specifications and engineering reports

Effective oral and written communication skills

Reviews and evaluates building plans and proposals to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation; identifies potential conflicts and participates in solutions

Financial knowledge and experience including operational and capital budgeting, fiscal management, and equipment procurement

Human resource skills including recruitment, training, performance management, and SOP/SOG development and enforcement

5 yrs Experience as a Chief Officer

5 yrs Experience Leadership Training

7 yrs Experience as an Incident Commander

7 yrs Experience as a fire service Instructor
