Location : Dawson Creek Healthcare Facility

Shifts : 1500-2300 or 2300-0700, 3-4 shifts/week

We will develop your skills and certifications with our excellent training & opportunity for advancement

Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards

We would like to find an experienced tire professional, however we are willing to train the right candidate!

Compensation $22-$25/hour based on experience + commission for after hours jobs

Graduation from a recognized Resident Care Aide/Home Support Worker Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience

BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker registry (please include your number)

Current valid BC Drivers’ License and use of a reliable vehicle (for CHW only)

Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations

Communicate regularly with project managers and senior management, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Manage all aspects of the full cycle development of single-family homes, from pre-construction to project completion.

10-15 years of experience in the full cycle development of single-family homes, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Proven experience in managing residential construction projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in social services resource development and contract management, preferably within the community living sector

Monitoring resource allocation and expenditures in accordance with the Budget Management Plan

Developing individual and team capabilities by coaching team members, identifying training needs, and supporting other forms of skills development

An equivalent amount of combined education and related experience may be considered.

Supporting the Integrated Services Manager (ISM) in the first step of administrative appeals for individuals and families

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, with preference given to applicants with six months' recent (within the last three years) supervisory experience
