6+ years of work experience in data analytics/science or other relevant fields

Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R)

Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.

Experience in building predictive models

Have experience at a PLG environment (a plus if you’ve build virality models)

Build and optimize virality models to guide our PLG experiments

What are your skills and experience?

5+ years experience working with data and utilizing quantitative techniques

Support ad hoc requests from cross-functional partners on marketing effectiveness, performance, and opportunities

Analyze market trends, conditions, and competitive sets using third party data sources (Circana, Nielsen, etc)

Ability to propose, design, and execute A/B experiments and provide actionable recommendations

Lead projects and analysis across the team from start to finish

ETL Development- Experience in creating data pipelines and ETLs in Azure Data Factory and Databricks will be an asset.

You have a degree/diploma in business, computer science, statistics, engineering or other relevant field of study

What You Need To Know

Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

A strong business acumen and thrives on bringing data and numbers to life with excellent analytical and visualization skills

2+ years of relevant and demonstrable experience in the business intelligence and analytics field.

Expert knowledge of data visualization tools – must have Microsoft PowerBI

Experienced in database design, data architecture, data mining, and analytics

Experience in supply chain or transportation industry is a plus

Manage a scrum team of software developers.

Experience leading and growing a technical team

Experience working with Apache Spark

Experience as a software developer using Java 8+

Experience working in an AWS cloud environment

Experience working with data pipeline administration tools (Airflow, etc.)
