Minimum 5 years' experience leading/managing teams (direct or indirect), utilizing relationship building and management skills;

Eight years progressive Healthcare Management and financial management experience at a senior level required;

Manages performance management of Health Service Providers (HSPs) including hospitals and system performance.

Identifies and monitors high-risk issues related to funding or financial management of health service delivery organizations.

Works with Senior Management and other key leaders managing the relationships of the partners

Masters degree in Health administration, Business Administration, Informatics business administration or equivalent education/experience;

Manage client accounts including responsibility for overall client satisfaction.

Coordinate and manage client meeting programs and Hill Days.

Minimum 3 years combined experience working in government affairs or in a public policy capacity

Knowledge of the provincial Government decision-making process and the legislative processes.

Professional written and oral communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.

Hands on experience with SQL Queries and Stored procedures

ETL , data profiling and data analysis experience

Experience of working with Business and Technology stakeholders

Data BA experience from user story to production of programs

Experience on maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity

Experience of working as a Data SME or Data BA in enterprise Organizations

Lead discovery sessions with primary business stakeholders to obtain knowledge of business objectives, challenges, and requirements

Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of solution management methodologies, including obtaining feedback after the solution has been implemented

Strong knowledge of SQL and demonstrated ability to apply SQL to a wide variety of business requirements.

Support solution delivery by providing insights to the application development teams and project managers that plan and execute delivery activities

Create solution architecture documents that describe and explain solution attributes and associated benefits

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Related professional certifications and/or training is considered an asset.

2 full years of hands-on experience with GCP (Big Query, Airflow, Kafka) for Data Engineering

If you have any experience with ML this would be valued for future project work

8+ years in Data Engineering with at least one role being a key solutions designer for GCP based data projects

Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines to support business needs

Data pipeline, optimization, schemas, governance and quality understanding

Hands-on: Python, SQL, Hadoop, Unix Shell, NoSQL

• Mandatory Over 10 years of experience as Analyst (performed data manipulation, data analysis, data management).

• Manage requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation processes to capture business and end user needs.

• Managing data analysis and usage requirements, focusing on data and integration-intensive initiatives.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements for data use, analysis, and quality.

• Deliver in compliance with quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.

• Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus.

• Over 7 years of experience as Analyst (performed data manipulation, data analysis, data management).
