Overview A Cultivation Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a cannabis cultivation facility. This includes monitoring the growth of plants, ensuring the facility is compliant with local regulations, and providing quality assurance. Detailed Job Description A Cultivation Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a cannabis cultivation facility. This includes monitoring the growth of plants, ensuring the facility is compliant with local regulations, and providing quality assurance. The Cultivation Technician will also be responsible for maintaining the facility’s cleanliness, safety, and security. The Cultivation Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise in the facility. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques and processes
• Knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to cannabis cultivation
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a cannabis cultivation facility
• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques and processes
• Knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to cannabis cultivation
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Experience
• Previous experience in a cannabis cultivation facility
• Previous experience in a related field such as horticulture or agriculture

• Monitor the growth of plants and ensure they are in compliance with local regulations
• Maintain the facility’s cleanliness, safety, and security
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the facility
• Provide quality assurance to ensure the highest quality product is produced
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the facility
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the facility is running smoothly
