Contract Integrity Specialist Jobs in Nova Scotia

Bachelor’s degree, law clerk certification or relevant experience in a corporate legal setting preferred

Experience with contracting processing tools, workflow management and reporting

Upload agreements into a contract management system and other legal databases as appropriate

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint and contract management software is an asset

Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy sessions with Contract Manager

Under minimal supervision, execute special projects and other responsibilities as needed

Familiarity with online publishing protocols including content-management publishing products is essential.

Must have excellent customer service and written and oral communications skills and be a proven self-starter with demonstrated creative instincts.

Bachelor’s Degree required with a major in English, Journalism, Communications or Marketing or 3-5 years of hands-on job experience.

Responsible for contributing to the Marketing and Communications team’s success through editorial efforts, special projects, and operational/administrative support.

Provides various marketing and communications support to business and service clients, as directed in support of yearly marketing plans.

Ensures timely execution of tactics.
