Case management experience or recent related community experience

2+ years of recent experience in community health or a related field

Knowledge of the health care delivery system and community resources

Excellent interpersonal, communication, assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience working with diverse patient groups, e.g., multicultural, homeless, palliative, acquired brain injury (ABI), mental health, geriatrics, pediatrics

Demonstrated experience in capital project management and implementation, including experience managing large, complex, multi-year transit projects

Manages complex project issues and risks, facilitates effective conflict resolution, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders and manages their expectations

Knowledge of a variety of different procurement models, including design-bid-build and P3 methods is required

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of construction engineering, construction processes and value engineering

A valid Class “G” driver’s license is required

Exercise its commercial responsibilities in the territory assigned to it

Participate in a complex discussion about managing a patient to maximize the value offered

Experience and demonstrated results as a pharmaceutical representative

Knowledge of the product reimbursement system and patient support programs

High negotiation skills and influence

Work in an innovative and stimulating team
