Participer à la mise en place de méthode de travail efficace pour la réalisation des projets;

Réaliser la modélisation / conception 3D de structures d’acier, de béton armé ou de bois;

Assurer une coordination entre les différentes disciplines œuvrant sur les projets;

Superviser et vérifier le travail de techniciens et dessinateurs en structure dans les projets;

Assurer la vérification et la production de devis et d’autres documents techniques;

Participer à l’estimation des livrables et échéancier pour la réalisation des projets et la préparation;

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including project management, quality assurance and supply chain teams;

Produce and certify repair specifications, including structural calculations and technical drawing packs, for submarine repair requirements;

Certification as a Professional Engineer or immediate eligibility to become a Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia;

Structural or marine engineering experience;

A comprehensive understanding of marine structures and their design or maintenance requirements;

Excellent written, verbal, electronic reporting and data communication skills;

Over 4 years of specific Program Management experience in Aerospace

Well-rounded program management skills (cost and schedule management, EVM, risk and issue management, program performance metrics and reporting, etc…)

Over 6 years of specific Program Management experience

Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

You will support reporting and communicating the health and status of your IPT at Program Management Reviews.

Demonstrated decision-making skills and ability to effectively manage conflicting tasks and priorities
