Support maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System (CMS) meeting all internal and external compliance requirements.
Support maintenance of a Vendor Management Program in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Support the operation of the Corporate Governance Framework: policies & procedures oversight, and committee management.
Support regular and ad-hoc compliance reporting to local management and central functions.
Manage and update the Compliance pages for the Associate Intranet.
This position may take on additional duties and responsibilities, should the need arises.
