Minimum of 3 to 5 years property management experience

RECA Property Management License an asset

- Strong computer skills: confident in MS Office (CRM experience considered an asset).

Job Title: Residential Leasing Manager

3-5+ years of community management and event marketing experience.

High level of project management skills and ability to effectively manage and deliver on multiple targets.

Manage full event lifecycle and experiences from planning, budgeting, to post-event analysis including webinars, virtual roundtables, and in-person meetups as needed.

Coordinate and oversee community responses and engagement, ensuring a consistent and value-driven community experience.

Strong communication skills and comfortability with public speaking, both in person and virtual.

LMS, Corporate Learning & Development and/or B2B software marketing experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety management, preferably in residential construction.

Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and implement appropriate measures.

In-depth knowledge of local, provincial, and federal safety regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate employees at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving safety issues.

Relevant certifications such as Construction Safety Officer (CSO) or National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) will be considered an asset.

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three (3) or more years’ work experience in business office management,

Working knowledge of provincial employment standards practices.

Position may require driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).

Manage and direct all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions of the community.

Serve as the community’s “manager-on-duty” on a regular basis.

Evaluate performance of portfolio assets vis-à-vis the individual asset management plans, and recommend and implement revisions as necessary;

Provide direction to 3rd party property management companies regarding day-to-day management and operation activities;

Review asset management reports and present quarterly reporting to clients;

Ensure all possible value creation opportunities are identified in asset management plans and implemented in timely manner;

Recommend and implement such programs with assistance from capital projects teams and/or 3rd party property management companies.

Conduct weekly leasing calls with third party property managers to review asset performance and strategy;
