5-10 years' experience in digital marketing, content development and social media management.

Collaborate with demand gen/agencies as part of wider strategy surrounding content, offers and optimization.

Cultivate and manage relationships with social influencers in the industry to expand awareness and reach.

Experience managing relationships with agencies, social influencers and external vendors.

Experience growing social media following and engagement in support of short and longer term business goals.

Experience in hands-on video editing and production and partnering with video editors.

Experience working with content management systems is an asset.

Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

Understand the legal responsibilities and moral imperative to report suspected child abuse to Child Protection Services.

University Degree or Community College Diploma in related field or equivalent training/work experience.

Minimum one-year experience working with newcomers, providing settlement information and referral

Proven experience in community relations strategies including outreach and engagement
