Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters

Proven work experience as Customer Service Specialist, Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, Account Coordinator, or relevant role

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Asana, or HubSpot) and customer service software (e.g. Help Scout or Zendesk)

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

You possess strong decision-making, communication and project management skills

You have a strong knowledge of best practices in corporate communications

A background in health care communications is a valuable asset, but not a requirement.

You are keen to develop print and digital content to execute communications strategies

You have the ability to support internal and external collaborative relationships and can work effectively within cross-departmental teams

You are interested in conducting research and providing strategic communication advice regarding strategic and emergent issues

Working knowledge and experience with agile product/project management concepts, practices, activities, and deliverables.

Experience with project management software, CRMs, and collaboration tools.

Collaborating with the Evaluation Lead to measure communication effectiveness, benefits realization and project outcomes and adjust strategies as needed.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address communication challenges proactively.

Significant experience in the application of change tools and methodologies

Coordinating the planning, production, presentation, and distribution of engaging communication materials such as newsletters, executive briefs, presentations, videos, and website content.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and evaluate competing priorities

Support issues management and crisis communications initiatives and emerging items

Develop creative social media copy, perform media monitoring, and contribute to issues management solutions

Excellent research skills and analytical abilities

Manage and respond to inquiries, prepare key messages, track responses and timelines

3+ years of experience in marketing, communications and/or related roles
